Cancellation Policy
At Jangid Industrys, we understand that plans can change. We offer a straightforward cancellation process to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.
1. Order Cancellation Window

Standard Orders: You may cancel your order within 12 to 24 hours of placing it, or until the order has been processed and handed over to our shipping partner—whichever is earlier.

Bulk/Wholesale Orders: For bulk orders (resellers, hotels, or custom manufacturing), cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of order confirmation. Once fabric cutting or production has started, bulk orders cannot be cancelled.
2. How to Request a Cancellation

3. Cancellations After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer wish to receive the item, please:

Reject the delivery at your doorstep (for COD orders).

Follow our Return Policy once the item is delivered (for Prepaid orders). Note: For "Change of Mind" cancellations after dispatch, shipping fees may be deducted from your refund.
4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Prepaid Orders: If you cancel your order within the eligible window, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card) within 4–7 business days.

COD Orders: No refund is necessary; the order will simply be voided in our system.
5. Cancellations by Jangid Industrys
We reserve the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, such as:

Stock Outage: If a specific Jaipur print or fabric is no longer available.

Pricing Errors: If an item was incorrectly priced due to a technical glitch.

Unserviceable Location: If our courier partners cannot deliver to your specific Pincode. In these cases, we will notify you immediately and issue a 100% refund for any prepaid amounts.
