2. Product Information & Customization

  • Accuracy: We strive to display our products (colors, textures, and designs) as accurately as possible. However, due to screen variations and the handcrafted nature of some fabrics, slight variations may occur.

  • Usage: Our products are intended for home and hospitality use. Please follow the care instructions provided (e.g., washing instructions for 100% cotton) to ensure product longevity.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Currency: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

  • Modifications: We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products without prior notice.

  • Bulk Orders: For bulk purchases or reseller inquiries, special pricing may apply. Orders are only confirmed once payment is verified.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Timelines: We aim to process orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners.

  • Shipping Address: The buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Jangid Industrys is not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect information.

  • Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched.

  • Returns: Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or if the wrong item was received. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Bulk/Custom Orders: Items purchased in bulk for commercial use or custom-made products are non-returnable unless a clear manufacturing defect is proven.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, textile designs, product photography, and text, is the property of Jangid Industrys. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our brand assets is strictly prohibited.

7. Reseller and Bulk Buyer Policy

Resellers are permitted to sell Jangid Industrys products; however, they may not misrepresent themselves as the manufacturer or "official" brand owners without a separate written agreement. We reserve the right to terminate supply to any reseller who violates our brand guidelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

Jangid Industrys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
