2. Eligibility for Returns
To ensure a successful return, please ensure that:

All original tags, brand packaging, and labels are intact.

Note: For hygiene reasons, items that show signs of usage or washing cannot be accepted.

Bulk/B2B Orders: For resellers and hotel owners, returns are only accepted in the case of manufacturing defects. "Change of mind" returns do not apply to bulk quantities.
