Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Jangid Industrys. We aim to deliver our premium home decor products to you in the fastest and most secure way possible.

1. Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • Bulk/Reseller Orders: For large quantities (e.g., hotel bedding sets), processing may take 5–7 business days depending on stock availability and customization requirements.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: We offer Free Shipping on all orders.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery): A flat convenience fee of ₹49 is charged for COD orders.

  • Bulk Shipping: Shipping for bulk/B2B orders is calculated based on weight and destination. This will be provided in your proforma invoice.

3. Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5–9 business days.

  • Remote Areas: 10–12 business days.

  • Please note: These are estimates provided by our courier partners (e.g., BlueDart, Delhivery, Ecom Express). Jangid Industrys is not responsible for delays caused by weather or local transit issues.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a WhatsApp/SMS/Email notification with a tracking link. You can also track your order directly on our website under the "Track Order" section.

5. Non-Delivery & Address Issues

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including Pincode and Phone Number).

  • In case of a Return to Origin (RTO) due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable after 3 attempts, a re-shipping fee will apply to send the package again.

6. Damage During Transit

We ensure all items (especially delicate home decor) are packed securely. However, if your package arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Do not accept the package if it is open or severely crushed.

  2. Take a photo/video of the package.

  3. Contact our support team within 24 hours at jangidindustrys@gmail.com.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. For international inquiries regarding Jangid Industrys exports, please contact us at jangidindustrys@gmail.com.
